Shoe Scene

Very bad communication, went there during a power failure and they didn't communicate it with us, the just left us sitting there clueless hoping they will open for us just after it was alright but the stuffs attitude was so bad. Very very very bad

I'll give them 3 stars because only gents at sportscene are friendly, there's this other lady short one she's full of herself and she's always on the phone chatting, and they have tendecy of hiding staff for themselves"sneakers , T-shirts # when they're on sale and the do it all the time, I saw some sneakers and needed size 3 they told me the company only brings few then went to another branch they didn't have my size also and they referred me to Randfontein as they said there was sizes , then this lady said it's for her not for customer. I'm so disappointed in them not the store.

Great atmosphere u find everything from street culture to trendsetters fashion music on the background

Such incompetent customer support.I'm extremely disappointed Went there to turn a gift card into a egift card,and was simply told they don't do that.I then proceed to go to the store DIRECTLY next to them,and get helped,no problem

The staff was nice but the manager was very rude to the staff ,she yelled at the staff Infront of customers

Nice music, nice staff, clean environment and the staff always engage with customers
