The Durban Shongweni Club (DSC) is a beautiful and priceless equestrian venue that exists due to the commitment of members, past and present, who value and appreciate its quality in an age of ever declining sports and recreational venues. The DSC is recognized as being the equestrian hub of Kwa-Zulu Natal and renowned as one of the best competitive venues in the country. We also have Hillcrest Villages Rugby Club homed here, a Flying Club, Mountain BIking and the Park Run.

Great service and first class facilities. Food is really good. Perfect for a day with the family and show jumping.

Just what we were looking for.  Conveniently situated, incredible management and employees, great surroundings and balcony and exceptional food to top that all off.  Will definitely do this again.

Amazing place. Service is a bit slow, but there are so many good distractions that it is easy to forgive. Staff are super friendly, helpful and accurate with orders. Platter dishes are a bit deceptive and not for sharing as one would expect however the food is very good, the general vibe is amazing and certainly up there amoung the best. Would love to return on a cold evening... they look well kitted for this. The night vibe must be insane.

Very nice club for a family relaxed meal and just a place to chill. There is a pub to for the ladies and gents to have a drink or a few. Great food and the price is just right.

Always a great day out with great food at reasonable prices. I still rate there wood fired pizzas the best in Durbs.

Busy and lots of action. With horse jumping  and polocrosse. Food quick and tasty in a country atmosphere

Excellent club for athletes and equistrians alike as there is not only horse related activities here but also a running and cycling trial. Stunning facilities, catered for young and old, awesome food and drinks, ample parking. And entertainment included...a treat to view these horses in action.

Live entertainment,  great food try their prawn and chicken curry, and very affordable prices. They also have a safe play area for kids.

It's a very nice place to have a night out. On Friday's they have a live band performing, which sets a nice atmosphere. Food is great as well.
