Racist doorstaff! Those who aren't Caucasian, or Caucasions travelling with non-Caucasians, please beware! Don't let Shooter-Stars ruin your night! Based on the bouncers, I'd give this club 0 stars if I could. It would actually be an ideal case for negative stars, if such existed! As a black Englishman, I usually hate to pull the race card as I find it often find it unecessary for most situations, however the treatment I received from Shooter-Stars' doorstaff was shameful. In June 2022, after virtually finishing 3rd year of my 5 year uni course, eight coursemates and I visited Dusseldorf. The incident occurred either late at night on Sat 04/06/2022, or in the early morning of Sun 05/06/2022 That night, my white friend, four white German girls and I attempted to enter the club, with me leading the group. We were all dressed smart casually, were not overly intoxicated, had our IDs and entry cash ready, plus there was 4 girls as part of our group some bouncers don't let groups of solely boys into clubs, so as to retain a fair gender balance inside. Despite all of these checkboxes ticked, as soon as the bouncer realised I was part of the group of 6, he immediately refused to let any of us into the club. He relayed how "he decides who can and cannot enter", providing no reason at all for doing so. Meanwhile, he freely let groups of several white people enter the club, some of whom were also English - which rules out a possible anti-England agenda. These people were all paying entry; thus can't have already been admitted. Furthermore, since so many other people were simultaneously let in none of which weren't Caucasian, there was no way Shooter-Stars was full. It was an absolute disgrace. I was very surprised and shocked to have effectively experienced racist discrimination upon my first time visiting Germany in 2022. This has never, ever happened in England, nor when I visited Paris in 2020. The local Dusseldorf girls, of whom my friend and I were with, relayed how some bouncers in the area are personally racist. Another far worse Tripadvisor example can be easily found by a quick Google search of 'Hausbar racism'. This incident was very unfortunate as the rest of Dusseldorf was outstanding and the Germans I met were all lovely people; I'd love to visit the city again. Except Shooter-Stars. I am just writing this now as I have fully finished my 3rd year of uni so have the time to get this off my chest and warn other unsuspecting folk. Take care and beware.
Big selection of great and sometimes outlandish shots. Very nice staff as well.
There is a rather impressive shot availability at this bar but if you look a bit closer they not all that different. There is not a lot of space inside but I still had a good time.
Fair prices to a huge collection of shots. The personell is very friendly and helpful. There's also a possibility of playing beer pong

Great place for quick shots and they have the nicest and most professional bouncer in altstadt. He should get a raise.
The bartender was really rude. After telling him my order he started yelling because I wanted to order a drink separately from my friends.He was really unprofessional!

the security guy at the entrance, refuse to let us in at 9pm because we don’t speak german. Shame on you guys! What a disrespect.
