Shoprite George Central

Visited Shoprite this afternoon and received the most disrespectful and rude service from Mandla at teller 6. I visit this store a lot and the staff is always friendly and helpful but i don t know what happened today.

Management very helpful. 5 stars for going out of their way to assist SA for HOPE. Well done and a big Thank you!!!

The floors is dirty, we bought a combo of R99 and could not get bread, thus us unceptable

Affordable prices for everything and good for staying on budget.

This shop is situated in 82 Market Street. There are ample parking spaces. There are also wheelchair parking facilities. The shop is adjacent to Clicks pharmacy. Covid19 protocols are adhered to at both access points. There are wheelchair entrances on both sides. With my last visit there were no crowding. Both cash and card payments are accepted. In spite of being very busy, the shop was neat. Customers get prompt service. I rate it 5 five stars.

Shoprite has a large variety of products and undoubtedly can suffice as a one stop shop for all your grocery needs. The shop is not always clean and the many till points are not always open so there is often a queue to checkout and more often than not the wait time is rather long. Staff are friendly and helpful

The only problem I have that the qeus/lines is very long which had yo to wait too long.

Shoprite offers a wide variety of goods at reasonable prices. Special offers are available regularly. The store is usually crowded and early morning shopping is advised. It is also a pay point for pensions and on pay days extremely busy. Situated in the cbd it is particularly convenient for clients travelling by public transport. On general the store is clean and well stocked.

Too crowded everything I get there and at the money market it feels that the line does not move they are to slow
