VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.Some employees are extremely unprofessional.Just this morning,this other stock controller lady,whose name i would rather not mention..accused me of tainting their stock when i tried to exchange an item i bought merely two minutes ago because i got the wrong size.I think they must be taught how to address customers in a proper polite manner.If not,they will say customer are rude. Fortunately her superior came in and handled the situation more competently,pity i forgot his name.

Started off by queueing for parcel counter which was fairly long. Got inside the store, took some few items and queued for till. The queue moved slowly but I didn't panic because I was not in hurry. The cashier was awesome. Very friendly. I had an awesome shopping experience except for the fact that I didn't have enough money to buy more items.

Shoprite next to municipal some of the staff members are so rude towards customers.I experienced a teller shouting at the customer even telling her that she not going to capture her goods or sell her even no one will sell her goods because she doesn't have points card.I even personally jump in to help a lady who was miserable and embarrassed in front of other customers..Please workshop your workers before it's too late .This is not the first incident happening there.we are actually getting tired of them.if it's not a manager who treats poeple like trash it's workers.

Shop is clean, neat and well stocked. Parking is a risk and unsafe. Entrance at rear is uncomfortable. Good place to buy groceries at discount prices.
