The business is crowded with customers during peak hours, yet only the tellers is active; the rest of the store is closed. To the administration or bosses: You have to look at how this shop is managed. The service is extremely very very sluggish, and the tellers don't treat clients with any sense of urgency.
To the management or bosses you need to look at the running if this shop.... because what we're experiencing during peak hours it's rediculus ...the store is packed with customers But only teller's are working the rest is closed. The service is very very very slow..the tellers are not showing urgency when are attending customers. Very concerned customer

Very dissatisfied with the type of customer service I received from the staff of this store, had to leave the shop without any of the items I planned on purchasing. I needed to get some vegetables weighed and priced, after a long run around, being sent back and forth from the vegetables department to the fast food section, one of the staff members blatantly told me that no one knows the codes in this shop. It wasn’t the first time I left without the items I wanted to purchase because of the staff refusing to assist. The employees of this store need to be trained and to be told a thing or two about delivering good customer service and interacting with Shoprite. Dissatisfied customer.

This is not the type of Shoprite to do shopping at, especially if you are not from this area. I bought a pack of scones, the expiry date looked fine but the product had totally expired and there is no one to account for such. The stuff behaves as if they are working for themselves.
Shoprite cashiers know nothing about friendliness especially females. You would greet a person and she'd just look at you with a face you don't understand. Please also teach your cashiers more about "cash back". Once they hear you say " Can you please cash this voucher for me?" They just behave like you want them to take money from their own pockets. You'd be hopping from one till to the other until you get tired and leave.
Was very disappointed with the way the lady Lihle at parcel counter today was so rude, lost the card instead of explaining to me, she rudely shouted telling me I must pay R100, at which I payed 10 rand.. Please train your staffto treat customer
