The Place Is Great, You Don't Waste Time In Lines Exept Month End, But Sometimes I Feel Like I Fear To Request Cash Back Because Mostly You Never Find It. So The Service Is Just Okay But Not Excellent
Worst service ever. Bad cashiers Extremely Slow Not well managed Staff members don't take us serious
You can fine all banks allocated here and stores to eat,buy grocery and public services offered everywhere
This is the worst place to shop, if I could give a negative 100 score I would have. We went to pay at the kiosk as we only had 2 items. Got there and 3 cashiers plus a manager were just chatting while ignoring us then eventually we were assisted but the cashierMashao just took our glass and said it doesn't have a price then after they didn't have the cash back amount we asked for and during all this she never once even looked at us or greeted us, she was assisting us while chatting with everybody else, then she called who I believe is her supervisor Kgabo who was just as unfriendly and unhelpful as the rest of them. Worst customer service , bad attitude.
The cashiers just stare at you whilst you are struggling to pack up your groceries, won't even offer assistance.. They should hire people who desperately need the job.
Its always crowded especially month end and long weekends considering the fact that it is central to over 100 villages so there is no way it's not gonna be crowded
The worst service ever, especially on money market how come you run out of cash for hours,sinc you say money vacb withdrawn on tills and cashiers tell me that they don't have enough cash,where I'm supposed to get my money,why don't you come up with a plan to address issue,we can't be waiting the whole day without anyone yellint us what is going on,mind you your store serve so many villages and those who don't have bank account depends on this

The most Useless Store I Ever Know the cashers there are Useless as Hell we can't even find the store manager mxm you need to close that Store
