Am starting to like it more and more because of the fresh fruits and vegetables am no longer a babarian am straight vegetarian so its my shop now.

Waited for more than 15 minutes to be assisted at the money market because there's only one personnel working

I have been doing my groceries here and everything was fine, up until today. The kind of an attitude I got from one of the cashiers when my groceries was suppose to be pack. I was not happy at all

It's got everything

Shelves are in order, food on shelves some are damaged by rats non food department is mostly not attended clients struggle to get thing and not all are priced. Till point cashiers and till packers chat while assisting clients and in a process their service becomes slow. When the items do not have price they tell a client it doesn't have a price so a client must go look for the priced one or leave the items. Most tills don't have till packers and where the clients queue there are lot of trolleys with groceries that are returns that are blocking the way. Supervisors aren't easy to get for assistance. Is either they stand and chat or I the office.

You feel like youre shopping in somebody private supermarket here. The place is dirty, its busy. Not a good experience at all.

I love it

A bit busy at peak times and month end but definitely my go-to supermarket when I'm downtown.

Great prices but the environment is dirty. They should increase their effort on cleanliness.

Lower income focus. Extremely crowed around month-end with some customers abandoning trolleys at checkouts due to delay.
