You purpose in training-
To train the traditional form of martial art of Karate ‘A Way of Life’-The Shotokan Way. The aim of karate is to endeavour of perfecting technique measured by the amount of effort, commitment and enthusiasm you as the individual put’s in every time you train and furthermore with courage, strength and ability may be bestowed upon you given by the sensei and ultimately endeavour by having fun succeed in every way possible.
