Ordered long before they closed, goods show as shipped but have not been delivered for over three weeks. No response from the company, irrespective if you are closed customer support should be top of mind. Your courier partner doesn't want to give details about delivery. Pathetic service received. Goes to show, try supporting a local business and its a totally disappointing experience. So here's a piece of advise for future buyers: don't bother. You get no support, you get no help. So don't waste your time. It's not worth the stress and fighting. - Response as requested. They were ordered under my wife's name: J Padiachy. she also reached out on your socials to no answer. It was placed before you closed as we got confirmation of you shipping 2 days before you closed, however your shipping partner, for which you are responsible, failed to deliver until 3 weeks later when I eventually went to the directors in France to get action. If you choose to do business with a courier partner you are responsible to ensure they deliver in SLA. I had to spend hours of my time fighting with your business partners and received no assistance or response from you until yesterday. So you wonder why I think its almost not worth supporting your business.
I am so happy with Classic boots - they are even better than I had expected and perfect for Cape Town's rainy weather or a day on the farm.
First of all, my wife loves her gumboots. Secondly, I emailed this company after purchasing it online as a late birthday gift for my wife asking them if they could try and get the boots to me before her birthday. I was in constant contact with Mandy and the boots arrived on the day. Exceptional client service from their side! Thank you!
Amazing service. I placed an order for my rain coat on Tuesday morning and received the item on the Wednesday morning. The packaging is excellent. Will definitely be returning for the boots!
