Friendly staff, well experienced and very competent in their field. Very reasonable pricing for excellent end precision work. Parking a bit small but sufficient and handicap friendly. Definitely recommended for all your lock & key needs.

It wasn't my day, the guy I spoke too have poor customer service. He failed to help, to tell me what can they assist me or refer me to someone who can help with regard to cutting and programming car keys as opposed to the guy I called to enquire about service to because he convinced me that it was the correct place on last Saturday.

This thief of a proprietor, sold me 2 plastic remote casings, for get this R350 each. I asked for discount, he refused. Only to find the exact same remotes online for R160 each. It was for my 75 year old father... Hence asking for discount, so he told me he had 7 left, when my father went there to buy the actual remotes the following day, he only had the last 2... Imagine

Seems like a family business. Nice little place. Not the closest key cutter to me, but would love to support them more.
