Please train your staff to answer the phones and tend to customers in a professional way. After the experience I just had I'm giving your store a wide berth from now on. I'd rather buy online.

The only health shop I go to get my supplements and collagen powder. Also get my salt lamps there. The service is always attentive and friendly, and their prices are very competitive.

The best level of service received from Ulrich whose level of knowledge of the natural products can best be described as "Guru" level.  He knew exactly what items were in stock and where to find them -  some of the items are extremely difficult to source,  so it is pleasing to be able to find them all under one roof.  Well done Ulrich, you are definitely an asset to the company.

My husband and I always receive top notch service at this store.  The consultants have excellent product knowledge and a good understanding of general health and bio. They go out of their way to explain different types of products and benefits.  We always get the best advice before we decide to purchase. I love this store and have got amazing service.  Special shout-out to Ulrich who is incredibly knowledgeable and helpful when it comes to supplements.

If you have acne problems this is definitely the store for you and by using their products my acne has been reduced tremendously so I definitely do feel way more confident now than I ever did before

You can find all your hard to find natural alternatives to pharmaceuticals. Cost less than brand stores in a few cases.

Friendly and helpful staff.  Good variety of products.  Will visit again.
