The best service I've had.they r friendly and they answer your question according.
There are so many positive experiences with this company as compared to my VERY "unique" experience. I initially get called for a position from 1 consultant to which we had the typical initial chat. This was followed by another screening interview with whom I presume is a senior recruiter. Application gets submitted to their client to which I followed up 10 days later via WhatsApp; the client had not responded by then. This senior recruiter advised that they have a "close relationship" with the hiring manager and feedback would be fairly quick. I followed up via WhatsApp with the senior recruiter some time later to which there was no response i.e. in my opinion ghosted. I then receive an email from their reception stating I was not successful for this role because "we did not receive any interview request for you." I queried this response on 07-Nov-2022 to which it was confirmed the email was sent to the relevant consultant. Needless to say, no feedback has been received to date. Key points: 1. Any job hunter would know that interviews or discussions with recruiters are not a guarantee of any job 2. The recruiters I dealt with at this company did not have the courtesy to call me directly but rather had the receptionist relay the news. 3. I suspect these recruiters would only be your "buddy" when you're a 100% guaranteed candidate i.e. a placement fee invoice otherwise, they just palm you off to someone else to deal with you. Tips for this company: 1. You are dealing with people's careers, livelihoods, etc. I'm not sure if this is realised or not; actions speak louder than words. 2. Display some empathy and provide feedback accordingly. It's so much better getting a rejection with sufficient detail from the person whom the candidate has been engaging with and not just another face of your company. If you're the owner of this company, you're very welcome to contact me. I just dont want others to experience your company as I have.

I'm really shocked at the lack of service. All I have read and heard about this company was all great but not what I have experienced so far, I have called their offices twice to see how they could help me but both times I called, I hung on the line for over 10 minutes hoping someone would answer the call to help me and both times the hone just dropped.
