Poor service and staff has no people skills at all
Was good with smiling people all over
Ouropack Durban north, absolutely terrible customer service, was quoted a price over the phone by Rical and was told it was including vat, only to be told after driving 35kms to pick up the stock , then that same employee Rical who i thought is the owners son or something had the worst attitude I've come across, how does this company function employing someone like this? Its his facial expression, body language, and manner which is all wrong. Will never go back there.
Horrible place. Waiting 4 hours no help.
