Good day We are a very loyal customer to you but unfortunately it seems you don't want our business enymore, we did receive any stock from you guys for the last 3 weeks and every time i phone please hold... Hold.. Please can you get someone to phone us back or we must just take ur products out of our menu? Phoned 3 times this morning and spoke to two different lady's and still didn't take an order or phone me back after i give here the contact number again... Please phone cazbar Roadhouse to place an order... We waiting.....

They delivered the wrong order and left it outside because they couldn't get hold of me as I didn't receive a notification regarding delivery until two hours before the delivered. They delivered my order the next day but there are some smoothies missing, I'm not going to bother complaining at this point. All I can say is save your time and money just by not ordering there, my sister also experienced the same bad service excluding the leaving the package outside the gate scenario.

I really enjoy your juice but if you can assist by placing the prices on the wall so that we don’t ask one by one by the sales lady. It’s time consuming and for her also is not nice to explain to everyone.

Went and bought a 5lt mango juice and wanted to use it when schools opened. I opened it today and was all spoilt. Please read the packaging. Keep it in the fridge once opened. Finish it in 3 days. Buy small bottles if you have a small fridge like mine. Don't have juice for school now back to base zero.

I've been an avid supporter of your products for years now, till I ordered an orange juice with your brand at Panarottis, Potchefstroom. This was the most watered down version of a juice. The juice was weak and tasteless. Terrible disappointed.

One of the best juice shops available, fresh all the time and a variety of fresh delicious flavours in all sizes aswell as healthy juice shots.

If there was a minus rating, I would definitely give Sir fruit this. As a business owner myself in the food industry, I can rightfully say that you guys have the worst customer service ever. You should be ashamed of the service that you have. One of the company's drivers bumped into the back of my car. When I called the number the receptionist has more customer service experience than the so called manager called Quinton. She asked if I was OK and apologised. She obviously is way too good to be working for this company. Quinton did not bother to apologise. He asked for the pictures on WhatsApp and after that I haven't heard back from Sir Fruit. Yes there was no damage to my vehicle except a small scratch but there is something called courtesy especially when you have a business and a reputation to maintain

I've ordered several times from Sir Juice. The quality of the products is fantastic, especially the immune & probiotic shots and all the cold pressed juices. However, there are always problems with the delivery - short dates, or part delivered or delivered on the one day of the week that I said no deliveries not once, but in two emails & the online order form To add insult to injury I had to rearrange my week so that I would be here on that day & after waiting for hours & still no delivery, when I phoned to find out where my goods were I was told out of stock if I hadn't phoned would I have received a credit? I've asked for one - let's see how long it takes for me to receive the refund It is such a pity that the home delivery is so poor - I do not have the time to spend chasing deliveries which add to my stress, so sadly I won't be ordering again, which is so disappointing. I'd rather pay a fair delivery price and know that I'll get delivery during certain hours. I can't change my life just to get some juices no matter how delicious they are. Samantha from Customer Care did try to resolve the issue & I received 4 complimentary smoothies from the company.

The Gingerade and Mango juices make me return to this place weekly. Customer service needs a bit of attention.

It is such a pleasure ordering from Sir Juice, the service is reliable and friendly not to mention so fast. And one time, they made a mistake and forgot just one bottle from my order. When I notified them they responded speedily and delivered my one bottle plus extra for me to enjoy, I felt so spoiled. Oh and the juice is delicious too, hee hee.
