They`re scams 2019 until to this present day 2023 I haven`t received my Letter of Authority. Lerato she`s a big liar. My advice stay away from SISHI INC if you don`t want to be scammed.
I bought a plot through SA Properties cash, payment was transfered to them from NGL attorneysbest converyers ever without hesitation, I haven't received any registration nor communication, you will be lucky if sheLerato replies you, every day it's new story, forget about updating you on your progress, they won't respond on your email, a message won't be responded, their Originator, Lerato is the worst, lies! almost about everything, she will lie to you, that she forget what she said previously told you , my question is, how do such people be in business /operate with this kind of operation/service? I have never came across such a dodgy operation in my entire life of purchasing properties, I dealt with Johan&Moodys before, I never came across such service, I had actually like to enquire from Law society if they are legitimate, if I had a choice in this deal, I would have used my converyers, suppose the seller is got more powers,I am very disappointed with this company honestly, they operate like scammers!
