Today my husband and I went to get our Covid 19 vaccinations done at Truro Hall in Northdale. I was very impressed by all the Department of Health workers there. They where so professional and helpful from the word go. They show you where to go and sit and then they politely call you when it is your turn at the desk where they ask you some questions. Then they show you where to go next and when you go to your sitting place there is a Indian lady there who politely shows you were to go. Then when they call you to another desk where they register all your details on a tablet or computer, thereafter they show you to go into a hall where it was so well organized with neat and clean vaccination cubicles. the queue was going so fast- it was unbelievable. Then they take you to a 15 minute wait room where the nurse politely explains to us about how the vaccine will affect us and what to do etc. then she sanitizes our hands and allows us to to go home. Well done KZN Department of Health. I was so impressed that i had to just write this review. it was so quick!

Totally sad when you cannot even get through. also most of the offices in Durban is the same. i have no more words to describe my frustration.

I got all the information I wanted and I'm happy about it.
