Pro's - Combo deals were affordable and decent. - Self-serve bookings work flawlessly and easy. - Cinema was very neat and clean - Surround sound is done quite well - No disruptions in the movie - Popcorn spices weren't empty - Slush puppies has loads of ice and flavour Con's - Seats are not as comfortable as competitors, very upright. Overall this was not a bad experience, and I will definitely revisit, thank you.

Went for Sunday 17:30 show...Cons: No staff at ticket counter at all...Concession stand snack kiosk had 2 people working with 1 stationery card machine between the lot during the biggest movie of the year, getting orders wrong witnessed 2 different incidents before ours resulting in a 20 minute waiting period, almost causing us to be late for the start 17:43... I'm sure the people behind us were late...3D was dark and not even as good as my tv's 3D; I would've preferred to rather watch in 2D...Pros: After eventually figuring it out first time user, the self service option was quite quick and easy; Seats are comfortable...

You now buy your movie tickets by yourself using their computers. Quick and easy to use. Snacks are always on point. I'm in love with their popcorn and slushees. The movie house has comfortable seats.

The last time I was able to get a slush puppies which wasn't water was about 6 years ago. Salt for popcorn is always most and don't go in winter, freezing in the foyer and theatre. Apart from that... it is the normal, no frills cinema

This branch has really become decrepit with the lack of maintenance to cinemas and seats obvious. Staff friendly but untrained thus they have a hard time assisting you. I would hold past this Ster Kinekor and rather drive through to Vaal Mall next time.

Extremely poor service! Since when do you book your movie tickets at the popcorn and drinks section? And then when it comes to seating we don't even have a choice of where to sit. Staff chatting with friends when supposed to help clients. Would not recommend this Ster-Kinekor

Show started 30 minutes late and the lighting very poor for the 3D movie. At least the gentleman helping at the concession stand was helpful and friendly, probably to make up for the overpriced snacks. Rather go to the vaal mall.

You can buy tickets on the system it is easy. Sometimes the one system is offline. There is a lot of snacks and choices one can pick from. The cinema seats are a little bit uncomfortable. It is open till late.

SERVICE THERE IS TERRIBLE!!! STAFF ARE UNFRIENDLY, NOT AT ALL HELPFUL, LAZY AND SO SLOW. BATHROOMS ARE IN TERRIBLE CONDITIONS. CINEMA IS DIRTY SEATS ARE BROKEN AND NOT TO MENTION NO ONE WANTS TO DO ANYTHING IF SOMEONE ELSE SITS IN THE SEATS YOU'VE BOOKED. THEN THEY AND STER KINEKOR VAAL MALL CHARGES R20 A BOTTLE OF STILL WATER WHICH COSTS R5 AT A NORMAL SHOP. SNACKS ARE OVER PRICED!!!

The best showman was a excellent movie. Service @ ster-kinekor was good from receiving my tick to the gentlemen showing me my place in the theater. Thank you Vaal well done
