I'm not sold on this Dischem yet. My last experience with the Sr. was very frustrating to say the least. The dispensary staff also don't seem too keen on being there or helping really. I've been doing my prescription orders online which is more convenient, except for the fact that they don't follow instructions! May I just add that the last delivery driver was very unprofessional. All in all my experiences haven't been fantastic but it's also not bad enough for me to never go there again.

The staff is mostly efficient , helpful and caring and deserve 5 stars but somewhere in the backroom there is a failure to consistently perform when it comes to deliveries particularly refilling of chronic scripts. Not exited when I have to go in and find that the medication has been missed for refilling after having received it the previous month. Room for improvement.

This used to be my go to place for meds, personal hygiene, health products, health foods, etc. However, they have become very pricey lately and the racist attitude against whites last year relegated them lower down my list for now.

I was not going to post a review on Google as I had taken the issue up with the store rather thinking they’d assist in rectifying their mistake. However I’m still waiting for someone to contact me regarding my complaint. It shows a complete lack of care for customer service and satisfaction. I had gelish nails done at this branch and it was my first time as I used to go to the one in Jean Crossing but they no longer offer nail services. I was extremely disappointed at the way my nails came out. Every single nail has tons of bubbles not even one or two bubbles here and there. Against the light color nail polish I chose it actually makes it look like dirt all over my nails. The nail tech Maggy seemed to be in a rush to get my nails done, she didn’t even let it properly cure before putting on the next layer of polish and this is the reason for all the bubbles under my polish. At Jean Crossing the nail tech always let each layer cure for atleast 3 rounds under the lamp and I haven’t had this issue there. I was very understanding in this matter when the store told me someone will contact me but this never happened and that is actually the reason I’m even more disappointed and decided to write this review. Please don’t offer services if you cannot ensure that they’re done correctly. I did just basic gelish nails and even this can’t be done correctly? Shocking honestly. UPDATE: Just stay away from this salon if you want your nails done…I was called back for a correction of which was worse than the first time. There is literally dirt not air bubbles in the nail polish. It’s already chipping on the edges and the edges above the cuticles are done quite untidy and it’s peeling as well. Also the nail tech booked only one hour for a soak off and to redo all my nails and ended up rushing towards the end once again because the next customer was waiting her turn. I don’t understand how a simple gelish nail application can’t even be done correctly. Will not be returning and I don’t recommend them to anyone else.
