Worst service ever, they allowed me to pay for something they don't have. They put a fake closure instead, weeks on I am still waiting for it to be fixed. They still don't have it. I used them in the past and didn't have problems, but rhe service is now deteriorating

Took my wig there to be re-newed and left the other one to be washed… I was told to come back around 4. When I went back there to collect the one wig that was supposed to be washed wasn’t washed still had the same scent I left it with the only straightened it … the one that that had to be renewed was still on the old wig cap and when I asked I was told I didn’t say they must change the wig cap.. what’s the purpose of having your wig renewed if it’s still gonna be on the same old wig cap I mean I paid for it..would I really pay someone to just remove the hair on a wig cap and put it back on the sameone. As if that wasn’t enough I was told I needed to pay for the band to tighten the wig !

Went to wash and colour my wig at Pretoria branch, mainly wanted highlights. Explained to the guy named Hero that I want highlights not full colour he agred that he understood. Came back to full colour wig and I told him I'm not happy and would like to be reimbursed he tried to convince me that what they did is highlights until I showed him what are highlights. 2nd issue Having to put on the weave you have to go to another salon to wash and do corn rows. Yoh ai I was shocked. Such disaster. Never going back. Next will try Bob Cut 3rd Stuff would make you feel like you don't belong, like you annoying. Unfriendly

The service at the Pretoria branch is horrendous. The staff is rude and act like you’re annoying them when enquiring about the hair piece, wigs or weaves. The quality of the wigs are even worse. 1. The hair- I have various wigs, and the two wigs I bought from Style Diva is absolutely awful. I bought the ‘Mane Concept Africa’ apart that the staff convinced me to buy only made the hair more dry, tangled and extremely tacky. For the cost you’re paying, you would expect that the quality of the hair would be up to standard and genuine Brazilian or Peruvian. 2. The wig cap is badly sown. It come apart within the first week I wore it. Would never recommend.

I loved their service. Especially the lady who helped me from sky diva nelspruit. The workers were also so kind and my hair is just the best! Got so many compliments

Bad, they said they out of stock and told me to come back today still I returned without getting my hair, saying out of stock again why did they told me to come back today while they knew the hair won't be here

The staff at Pretoria branch are very rude act like you are irritating them ,Will never visit that branch ever again had the worst experience of my life the hair also is not of high quality .I regret ever going there should've gone to the Nigerians at least they know customer service

The Pretoria branch staff are unprofessionally horrible. They have this 'dont care' attitude. i dont wanna see that place again and i wouldnt recommend it to anyone.

The quality of their hair is superb. The service was also great.
