Adéle is a very thorough, patient physio. I have been going to her for more than 20 years with sports related injuries, stress related muscle spasms and a variety of other aches and pains! She takes her time with assessments and you never feel that she is rushed or that you are just a number. Communication is excellent and I always understand how she is going to treat the injury and why it is being done that way, also how to prevent deterioration if possible. During the pandemic, all the COVID protocols are in place and one feels safe going to her rooms for appointments. I can highly recommend Adéle.
