They made us pay for two beds saying they are in stock. Only one bed was delivered and it was damaged. All the stitches on the bed are coming off. The other bed has not been delivered for close to two months now. No one will call you and update you on anything. You must follow up with them. I requested a refund. Which means they need to come collect the one damaged bed from me and they expect me to return it to them at my own cost. Where have you ever heard of such?. No shop will ever make a customer pay for returning their damaged goods, even if delivery was free. We have bought so many times with free delivery and returned goods and i have never heard of such. The worst customer service. It means at the end you get no product and must still lose money delivering back to them. Imagine such nonsense.
I ordered a bed set online and paid same time...All I received was an order number and no further communications. Weeks later after multiple calls, I lodged a complaint and only then I was told that they do not have any stock and do not know when they will receive stock. They will make you order something they don't have stock of, and you wait weeks for delivery, with no updates at all. And when you cancel your order, they take 7 to 14 days to give you a refund. I am waiting for my refund at the moment.
10/10 best service and friendly ... They help you all the way and explain making sure u understand
