Very poor service, 100% if you are their customer 1st time. On their sales they never tell everything and leave it for the customer to decide
Was good arranging to buy a bed and paid with delivery at Capital centre shop and was needing bed right away, took two weeks to get the bed, they were saying they dnt have a vehicle while delivery was paid. The delivery never came and they said we must find our own transport they will refund. We found our own transport , they started requesting more documents for refund. We did this took many more months of returning to the store. Still no refund, now they are saying the guy no longer works there and invoice ddnt separate . Never do delivery payment with this shop if you consider buying.
Actually i was in the centre so I went inside the asleepmaster's bed for window shopping and they gott nice and strong bed i can buy for my new house
Good shop and it has laybye
