My car went in for panel beating after being in an accident. And one thing I really appreciated was the daily email updates I got keeping me constantly in the loop on where in the process my car was. Terrible quote after explaining to me they can do a repair, only to quote me for a full replacement and take 4 days to quote me a ridiculous price. Two faced place.
