• Transfer duty/rates: Buyers need transfer duty and/or rates paid prior to lodgement. We pay the transfer duty/rates to the attorney.
• Advance on a further loan (2nd Bond): A property owner may have taken a further bond on his current property. We advance up to 80% of the further loan grant.
• Agents commission: We advance up to 80% of commission due to agent and/or principal.

Current Market Value of Property: R1, 000,000.00
Outstanding Bond R250, 000.00
Total Outstanding Debt R250, 000.00
= Total Debt: R500, 000.00 (50% against total value of property)
