Ive been a member of curves in another province and draft my review in terms of a comparative experience. Firstly this branch is excruciatingly small. The actual workout floor space is also very small and only a few ladies may use the machines at a time. Im not sure how many members there are but at peak times there may be a que. One of the machines did not look desirable to use as its wear and tear was visible. i popped in to simply get a price- that is all. However i could not be attended as i was repeatedly told that i did not have an appointment by the single staff member on duty as she said she was busy at the time weighing another lady. Perfectly understandable and so i asked for a brochure with their price plan to leave. There was none. I left. But i saw enough to know that this facility falls far below par from my experience at other curves. Also with many options to choose from gyms in east london that has the same machines, were workouts are not limited to 30min, and were i can get price information without an appointment, i certainly wont be signing up.
An amazing place to workout, the coaches are very helpful and you feel like you are part of a family.
