Not answering phones and not getting feedback on order Order placed 5th October, Loot cannot give me an answer on my order and neither can the supplier. Quick to deduct money from your account, not so quick to give you a blinking answer. How hard is it to return a call and communicate?????????? Left multiple messages, called numerous times and waited for around 10 minutes plus per call... still haven't received any call backs. The times I did get through I was transferred to numerous people and got "not my department"... no please hold.. phone rings and cuts off. If you don't want business and customers irritate you either change the people or close the business down. Simple.

Wide variety of items available at really good prices - Ordering online is a breeze. Ordered my items and got them quickly. The courier was not very friendly but SNT Sports gets 5/5 from me.

More than 2 weeks treadmill was sent to the wrong address, once it arrived it ended up being a rowing machine? Have been promised daily of the delivery to be correct and now Zak no longer answers emails or telephone calls. They cannot provide a tracking number for my treadmill yet they have managed to arrange a courier to collect the wrong item from my house very easily? Escalation of this issue looms....

Snt Sports poor service Service absolutely pathetic. I ordered mma gloves and i needed it for a competition for the weekend so they delivered in time on Friday, however, they delivered the wrong item. I ordered red and white gloves because my fight gear is mainly red and they gave me blue. When i phoned in to enquire about their mistake the lady's response was, oh no its not the incorrect product its just blue, there's no more red in stock. I immediately requested a refund as i will not accept anything other than what i paid for. The lady told me that the courier will come collect the gloves from me Monday or Tuesday16th/17th April. Since then ive phoned in every single day with her same response being "they will definitely be there tomorrow". It's now almost a week later, and I'm still sitting with these gloves and without my refund. This is horrible service and it will probably be the last i ever use SNT Sports as my supplier for my gear. Im very disappointed.
