I changed my rating from 1 to 3. This is the background: I have reported numerous times that I do not receive notifications of requests for the type of service I provide, consistently. As soon as I report it, I would receive a few requests, but then months will pass before I will then receive a few reminders. The reminders would be of requests that I have not received and then it's too late to respond. That's how I know I don't receive notifications. One thing I have to mention is that they responded to my reports every time within a reasonable time so I was happy with their support. My e-mail notifications started working after Amith Maharaj activated it on their side but strangely I only get notifications for some of the subjects that I flagged. I couldn't get the app to work, though. Amith's support was exceptional. He really went out of his way to help me and followed up weekly. I now realise that Snupit's system that allows more than one person to purchase a lead can't work for me. There must be some financial advisors who have assistants who monitor their e-mails constantly to purchase requests. If you are in a position to do that, it could work for you.
I had work done by Patiepb upholsterers recommended by snupit...my job was supposed to have been done in 20 days...8 months later we still having to and fro incompleteness....the owner is a very nice and polite person..but as far as business goes...he hasn't got a clue.. it is not my fault that he did things wrong as right in the beginning he did not listen to what I wanted and did things his own way
In my experience, many of the leads that you pay for end up being nothing. Not sure how buyers are vetted or rated but something needs to change.
I was looking for a plumber for an emergency burst geyser and Snupit came up with a list of plumbers. I entered my details of the job to be done and requested a quote. Within an hour, I had a call from a reputable plumber who was able to replace my geyser with a new one and also provide me with an insurance report to claim from my home policy. Very happy as a first time user - this wonderful website has saved me a heap of time and given me peace of mind that I was attended to by a professional and not an inexperienced backdoor plumber.
Some suppliers are not of quality service and products
I find the interface beautiful! It is easy to use and I've already sent a Quotation for Catering and one for whole foods supply and I am waiting for feedback from client.... This makes life easier for small business. We get leads easier and cheaper this way...
SNUPIT! I'm coming for you. Just waiting on feedback from the loss adjuster as to how much damage this has caused me due to your negligence. My question is still.... How is it that you can approve and verify a review on my profile from a person that is not part of the company in question. I have email correspondence from the Director whereby they state clearly that the person who left a review on my profile has no affiliation to the company. And acted in their personal capacity. I also added to you that the dispute between us has turned into a legal matter because the customer owes me money as well. I have since inception of my account always purchased R800 packages. You go as far as to damage my reputation and tarnish my good name by approving a review from a person claiming he has involvement with the company. The company also has no legal position with the DTI. Deregistration and not in business yet you approve their review on your platform. I have instructed my Attorney to take Legal action against you for defamation of character as you have published heresay and not by means of a court decision.
