I went to buy some fish at this place thinking they are goid, whowever the gentleman tried to sell me kabeljou that was really not fresh. When I told him the fish isnt fresh he said to me that it is. I then told him I do deep sea, bottom fishing and jigging he got upset with me. He then offered me snoek which I accepted and as soon as I turned my back he swopped the fish with an older one from the freezer. I didn't think much of it at the time but once home when I started cleaning and preparing it I saw the freezer burns on the fish. I WILL NEVER BUY SOLLYS SEAFOODS EVER AGAIN AND WILL TELL THE REST OF MY FAMILY AND FRIENDS NOT TO EITHER. I am a Durban girl and I know my fish. My entire famly are fishing fsnatics and we KNOW WHEN THE FISH ISNT FRESH dont try to fool people from the coast please.

Advertised R130/kg of Tuna, only received 600g. When called to enquire he says the bone loses 40% of weight. Dishonest business. Bad customer service.

Good variety of fish and crab. Solly is a wonderful guy. Love buying fish from him.
