I paid 500 bucks for my wife to get skewed nails, they didn't have the colour nd finish she wanted either. It was not worth the money, definitely never gonna use their services ever. Sorbet sucks..Service:&nbsp;Acrylic nails

I always have such a pleasant experience, amazing women, great service. I enjoy going there;

Horrible service... the workers were so uninterested. I ended up leaving the salon with bland nails as the technician was uninterested in helping me with nail art. The technician struggled to paint the art, then I suggested to rather make a faded glitter. The faded glitter turned out like flames and then the technician got annoyed when I asked for the faded glitter to be retried. To pay that amount of money and to not have the workers try and help me is really unacceptable.

Nails not painted nice, the lady doing my nails seemed not really interested to do a good job. Also they talk their language and laugh. Its really unprofessional and rude.

Been a monthly guest at this Sorbet since 2014 and I  always get the best treatment and service from Abegail. She's a star! The rest of the team are also very professional, friendly, efficient, and great therapists.

Abigail is always kind, patient respectful and professional, she truly is an asset. Lihle is knew to this Sorbet and she was so attentive, patient and gentle. Thuli always awesome.Services:&nbsp;Pedicure

I love this Sobet. This Sobet is a clear example of the difference different ownership and management can make on a franchise. The technicians are technically sound and know what they're doing from nails to waxing I've never been disappointed with any service received here. Their customer services and friendliness also need a mention, I like they're just the right amount of friendly and chatting too, they really do go on how you're feeling that day and if you're in a chatty mood which I cannot express how much I appreciate. It's also always clean and you can tell they follow industry standard guidelines for hygiene. I don't doubt that you'll have the same experience as me.
