I had my nails done about two weeks ago & I left the dry bar salon unhappy with my nails. I did not say anything because it was the second time having my nails done & I had received a voucher from the Riverside branch due to a bad nail job confirmed by the manager. The nail tech at Dainfern Drybar Salon was using an almost finished nail colour & it caused my nails to be lighter in some spots & darker in others. Now my nails are bubbling & chipping but have barely grown out? This is the second complaint I have made using a Sorbet in the past month. I am not happy at all - waste of cash. I am not impressed at all. Why are you letting staff use old nail product? Love the branch & the staff - but the application, use of old products, some nail staff not knowing what they are doing is NOT okay. I would like a full refund for a soak off & gel application or a voucher to redo this mess. It is embarrassing.

Fighting over clients while you have a client in front of you is disrespectful.  Leaving a client mid service to say hi to your client that’s come in to say hi is disrespectful.  How does a nail tech do a bad job on a simple gellish?  Sorbet has become sub-par over recent years but what I experienced at Dainfern today was next level bad. The intention was never to retain a new client, it was to provide service to their regulars at MY EXPENSE. I’ll be calling in for a refund for my nail work.

My gelish manicure didn't even last 8 hours to the airport and it pealed off. So disappointing. On the way to USA for a very special occassion with shocking nails and no time to get them repaired.

I had a very bad experience at dainfern sorbet. Took myself and 2 girls for mani and pedi. Paid full price for gelish on my kids. My nails cracked same day. By day 2 our nails peeled off. My natural nails broke off wt it. I went bk for it to be fixed, but not happy to be charged for adding tips to broken nails, I would never had needed if it wasn't for the horrible work of their staff. I wasted alot of money and my precious time. Will not be going back there.Service:&nbsp;Manicure

Sorbet Dainfern has really deteriorated in the past few months.  I have been coming here for a long time and the ladies are great. However, the salon itself looks really bad.  The cleanliness has really slipped.  The place is constantly dirty, the wash basins are always full of hair dye and have a terrible stench. The facility needs a serious renovation and cleaning protocols should be followed. Its ridiculous ton spend this amount of money on a place that looks this shoddy.  The owner of this place really needs to step up and do something because this is totally unacceptable.Service:&nbsp;Pedicure

Thee best nail technicians I've ever been with they are very informed in what they are doing and suggest the best things for anyone who is coming for any nail related treatments - i sadly have not tried the rest of the services on offer but they do offer a lot for anything anyone is struggling with.Services:&nbsp;Acrylic nails

Gabriella is PHENOMENAL She does not cut off too much hair so one  can have long hair Thin highlights with perfect colourband toner enhances existing colour Sorbet only uses top products and the after care products keep the colour for longer

I had the worst experience! Today weather forecast is 31 degrees and I spent an hour at the salon with the AC not switched on! I asked if they could switch it on and i was completely ignored!! That was honestly pure torture for a pregnant woman, to make matters worse! clients aren’t offered any refreshments to at least cool down in the heat!  I had to use use their small promotional board to fan myself otherwise I would have fainted!Service:&nbsp;Manicure

Always great service - enjoyed my power pedi and happy with the service but not super relaxing as a very busy and noisy nail bar - this is expected from Sorbet though

ALWAYS THE BEST SERVICE!!!!!
