Premises much too small. Busy and loud especially on month end. Staff talking and socialise quite a lot, a bit unorganised and borrowing items inbetween. Very pricey. Only employing ethnic ladies who does not always understand my skin type and also not talking in English in front of clients. Would like to see a bit more professionalism.

Beautiful experience. Ladies were friendly towards my wife and me . Money well spent. Definitely a place to relax and relieve stress .
Under new management, loving the additions. Friendly staff, quality work. A great place to relax and you get champagne/coffee/tea/cappuccino with your treatment
The staff were polite and did their job well but the towels are so old and hard and scratchy. Imagine putting your face on a scratchy towel. These people can't even invest in new towels bathong
Good service and get to choose my own design
Unfriendly staff, dirty work stations, rushed work, messy work. Staff talking bad about clients who are sitting right in front of them in their language. Them not knowing I understand their language. Had to go back the next day to get my nails fixed because it was a mess and was asked to pay even more even after it was their fault. Very overpriced too for such messy work.
My mom and I went for a full body massage on Saturday. The lady who did mine was the best however the one who did my mom was the worst, firstly she robbed her 20 mins of the 60 mins and only massaged her for 40 mins. She also did not ask her how the pressure was. We were not even offered water to drink. Can you get people who will give the same service .
