I got my toes done with gel polish and a few days later the polish started popping off my toes like acrylic fingernails. I had to return for a repair but I was charged full price to fix 5 toenails, which I didn't complain about but honestly don't think was fair because 1 Gel toenails shouldn't pop off like acrylic. I have never experienced this before, and 2 the repair was done in a different base shade. For context, these were French and 5 toenails came off by the time I got them fixed. As a result, my toenails don't all look the same. On top of that, another toenail popped off after I got the others fixed. I hesitated to write this review because prior to this, I never had an unsatisfactory experience at this location, but I'm definitely not returning after this. I am not even upset at this point, just disappointed.Service:&nbsp;Pedicure

Friendly service when ever I go there. Ladies are always willing to help even if you have not made appointment.  They are so gentle and professional and make sure that you are happy and comfortable before you walk out. I love the place they are situated and I would recommend this store to anyone. Thank you for such amazing service.

Really unprofessional and Waste of time. I called to ask for an appointment and confirmed everything telephonically, I was advised I will receive a call back. I then received a whatsapp message and when I responded I gave them a detailed confirmation of what I wanted. My message was read and ignored. Around 3pm today I got a call and they want more clarity after my detailed explanation 2 times telephonically and on WhatsApp, I told them they replying to me a day later and couldn't even acknowledge my message or anything then they said they tried to call me the whole day but there's no missed calls! Just imagine. I wouldn't recommend this place. So expensive but such useless staff! To the management, please recruit better staff as customers are paying alot and deserve quality.

What an absolute pleasure to treat one's self here. The staff are friendly & professional.  Loadshedding is not a problem to them. I can highly recommend them! Thank you ladies!!!

Love the service! The ladies are always friendly from the time I make a booking with Sandra to Anna doing my nails and everyone else chirping in to make my experience pleasant.

When called in for an appointment the lady that answered the phone couldn't answer a single question I asked. The second person took my number and never called back. So I booked elsewhere

I had such a lovely experience  thank tou to the wonderful ladies Services:&nbsp;Pedicure

Friendly staff, talkative and helpful. Didn't have a booking but all the ladies  were so helpful.
