Together we run the Helderberg Positive Birth Movement meet ups. These are free discussion groups open to all and aimed at promoting positive birth at a grass roots level.
Beryl offers yoga classes for everyone including pregnancy yoga. Take time out of your day to focus on your body, heart & head. To ease out of tension and open up to flow on all levels. There are a variety of times & days to choose from.
