Amazing service and always friendly and gentle. Only place where i go to donate.

I went to donate my 112 pints of blood on 25/05/2022 and had the worst experience ever Mogadi tried to drill the needle trough my arm and then some more that the tears started to flow from pain and then she had to tell me it is not necessary to get emotional. I think Mogadi needs to be trained again!! I donated loyal since the age of 16 but think I stopped yesterday!!!

The place has been upgraded since I last visited. They have a quick and more efficient entrance which makes the service delivery faster. The staff members are friendly and helpful as well. However, a major turn off is that they didn't give me any complimentary/promotional gift which SANBS usually does

Polokwane branch has the best staff. Friendly, experienced and best hosts ever!!!!
