I went there 2dai the service was terrible they refused to help me with social grant application because the child was over 2 years

Hire more people to work here, the government can afford it. It's unacceptable to have to wait a very long time just to make a simple application. Hire more people!!!

No people skills, rude, not helpful, and that's when and if they answer the phone, otherwise you get sent to a voicemail that is always full... Such a pathetic government service.

The service is terrible and the workers there are terrible with attitude they don't care if your old, sick or at the last stage of your pregnancy you stand and wait with no assistance I'm so disappointed pietermaritzburg you are horrible

Disappointing service, really.
