Southgate Service Station

The car wash here is completely and utterly disappointing. Not only did they take forever but they were unprofessional. Lost our car’s rubber floor Matt’s and gave us someone else’s. Was highly unprofessional. I will never use this car wash ever again.

I just poured petrol but it didn't reflect/show on the petrol gauge when I asked the person who was serving me if he really poured it in he said he did, asked the lady inside whether it reflected on the computer and she supported his statement and further used the excuse that petrol has increased so maybe that's why it's not showing. I am very disappointed as I have always used this garage but no more.

I wouldn't recommend this garage if you are in a rush. The people here take their time to serve you, to bring your change back, everything. There's no sense of urgency here. I hope the other Total garages are different

Terrible service they are extremely slow and unprofessional. I was mortified with how much time I wasted just trying to get my gas. I’m disgusted. Too damn slow. We aren’t here to waste our day at Total. Too much incompetence. I would not recommend this place if you have somewhere to be. If I can score a zero I would happily do so.

Staff is friendly and quick They offer gaz 24 hours to exchange
