Always have a great experience here, best pedicure I’ve found and I’ve been coming to this branch since it opened. A particular shoutout to Esme who is incredible, kind and goes above and beyond for people. She was the perfect tonic to a tough week last Friday and on top of that gives the best pedi.

Short review: In general this is an expensive place that gives off a vibe of being cosy with promised high-quality service, but fails to deliver this promise. Many of the staff lacked warmth and friendliness. Long review: I have been to Cowshed three times. The first two experiences were OK! The first one was a 45 minute massage. It was good and the therapist was nice. So, before I left, I booked another appointment but this time for manicure and pedicure with two nail technicians. I went there for the second time. The nail technicians were nice but I wouldn’t call the service one of the best experience as I have had more luxurious nail service in other places for less price. The rest of the staff and the receptionist could not provide a nice welcoming attitude. I went back for the third time…. not sure why! I had a Cowshed gel manicure service. To summarize it: I left with lumpy gel nails that started having cracks on the surface only after one week! I was gonna say something to the technician but I really didn’t think she was good as I kept pointing out at the dry skin around the nails to remove them several times. Also, I should mention there was a gel color dry on my finger tips which I didn’t notice until I left! She didn’t even check her work. The booking experience was not easy. The system didn’t allow me to book the manicure and pedicure services at the same time. I tried calling the reception on several different days to request that but no body answered the phone. I emailed them, they replied with no availability and no options for other days to choose from. I personally believe that customer experience is important. The way you’re treated in a certain business, the quality of the service and the booking system are all equally important. If you’re willing to spend your money on luxury I suggest you find another place where at least you’re welcomed in a better way!

What a wonderful afternoon spent there. Did a Deep Tissue Massage for 1 hour and a half, Peter was amazing, I felt like a feather walking out after it - so relaxing but at the same time strong and firm, good muscle awakening massage

Really lush salon. I've had a lot of massages in my life, went here for a pregnancy massage and it was objectively one of the best I've ever had, even when not pregnant. They actually have special beds for pregnant women since you are not allowed to lie flat on your back, it was honestly an amazing experience. Went here as a Christmas present and it was so good I asked for another massage for my mother's Day present. Can't wait to go back.

I had a pregnancy facial with a lady called Giulia and it was the best treatment I have had in years. The products she used were perfect, the massage and the level of care were fantastic. The bed where I laid was also very comfortable as it adapted to a pregnant body. I highly recommend it.

A really comfy and cozy place in the heart of a cute neighbourhood. I had the massage today, which was absolutely fabulous and comes with a complimentary hot beverage. The room temperature was warm, and I had my choice of scented oil. The only downside was that the treatment was downstairs. Yes, London loves its basements. As such during my treatment I heard the constant stomping of either moving chairs and people walking upstairs. That was the reason I did not give this place 5 stars.

Overall very disappointing experience with patronizing staff. I got there 15 minutes earlier as I was meeting a friend and we had booked different options of services and wanted to decide together which we would each get. While i was waiting for my friend, staff member was pushing me to make a decision even though i was 15 mins early... eventually had her understand i needed to wait 2 mins for my friend... later, turned out they couldnt do my manicure as I had gel on and hadn't booked for removal so they offered to do a second facial instead as they couldnt offer a pedicure instead - i said no to a second facial so just sat there. in the end they wanted to charge me for everything even the manicure i didn't get done and said i should have known and them offering a second facial should have been clear that i would be paying for multiple services... at that point when i was faced with a repeated patronizing commentary from the staff i expressed disappointment in this service considering i was testing this place out as i had booked through work for 20 people to come and get a nice team experience and only then when i reminded them of this they said ok just pay for the services you got but they made sure they once again made their patronizing comment that i should have known. facial was also terrible by the way as i had a bucnh of producs just put on and wiped off my face... definitely do not recommend this place unless you want to go in and walk out feeling belittled!

I had a lava stone massage with Latoya...OMG absolutely amazing. She was in tune with my body, my energy and my needs. So professional and friendly I would highly recommend. I left feeling balanced relaxed with all of the tension in my body gone.

Loved the atmosphere, and the lady who served me called Joanna. She was very proffecional and had a great knowledge about the products. The place is really cosy and it has a great variety of products, I think they stock them all.

Amazing ambience and service. Very relaxing environment, comfortable chairs, and great range of services. Will definitely come back and absolutely recommend.
