This year service was not bad as the previous years ,the lady who was helping me at liquor was nice and She greeted me nicely and we had a nice chat I was very happy to see the change for the first time because they would Chat as cashiers infrontt of customers and wouldn't care how you feel
The shop is dirty, the products in the fridges are dirty. I even saw dead flies inside the freezers. It has a rotten meat smell. Customers aren't even allowed to leave the store with trolleys. At that time we had bought a lot of heavy stuff that needed a trolley and yet we weren't allowed to take a trolley.
Need to work on their shop arrangement and cleanliness. Could also do in-service for staff on customer care to improve staff attitudes
This spar used to be neat and very organized. It used to have everything that was not available at the other stores. Now it's worse that its worst competitor . Customer service is very poor. It is very hard to get assistance on anything. Covid-19 regulations are loosely adhered to.
Good not bad at all you get what you need most likely
Lack of stock and wasted fruit...otherwise service Is fast and efficient.
Cashiers were too slow in the kitchen side and rude too.
It's not the same, seems like the ownership has changed. Bcz everything has raised too much.. ‍
They have all your basic food and drinks. The town is heavily congested and you must have patience to get parking
Not too bad, limited products on the floor.
