SpecSaver offers the best service in town. They have one of the warmest friendly customer service, to a smooth quick eye testing process and quite affordable frames. I thoroughly enjoyed and got my specs within 10days. I highly recommend
Undoubtedly the best service one can get. Knowing the urgency of my need, the team was quick to call me in as soon as a slot became available. When there was a slight delay in my spectacles, they followed up daily and kept me in the loop until my pair arrived. To top it all off, they waited for me to arrive at the store to collect even after it was past their knocking off time. This is the friendliest and most efficient team, such a breath of fresh air. You will undoubtably notice a wide variety of beautiful frames as you step into the establishment. Unfortunately though,there won't be much time to browse as staff members' professional assistance leaves little room for errors resulting in delays. Swift service accompanied by friendly faces year-round,make for a very pleasant experience rather than a quick trip to the optometrist's.
Excellent service received from Natasha and optometrist Hendrik. My specs was organized in a short turn around time due to traveling back to Dubai. Big selection of frames available and Natasha was super helpful with selecting a pair that suited me. Will definitely be back on my next visit.
