Hi, Thumbs up for this incredible Team! on 20 January 2022 I rushed to Spec-Savers Westgate, Roodepoort just as they about to close but Eoudia approached me, not making me feel rushed and I could speak to her comfortably requesting a quote. Eoudia assured me that she will be sending me a quote first thing in the and I must say she really kept to her word and not to mentioned how she explained the different options we can look at that is best suitable to me. *5-Start to you #Eoudia. Last Friday, 25 February 2022 I called in a panic to make an appointment as I had an accident with my day-to-day specs. I got such friendly and helpful service from Ida. Ida was so patient with me as we booked an appointment but almost immediately, I had to change the appointment due to my work situation that changed at that time while we were on the phone. She was so professional and really made it easy to speak to. *5-Start to you #Ida. On the day I walked in for my appointment, immediately I was attended to by Nicole who was also very friendly and helpful and did the necessary test before I had to go see the Optometrist. *5-Start to you Nicole. The Optometrist Tshepo is one of the most patient Optometrists that I ever had to deal with. For the past few years going to get my yearly checked up, he has always been professional, allow me to say it again very patient! Last year I struggled to get a frame and I would pop-in there often just to check what's new and every time when he is available he will assist me by fitting and discussing the different frames. *5-Start to you Tshepo. Last week I had to choose a frame and Ida was on top of it again being very patient taking me from stand-to-stand fitting and discussing the different frames and now I can't wait to get my spectacles!!! #Spec-Savers #Westgate Roodepoort is the place to go to! It is always a pleasure going to Spec- Savers Westgate Mall. The staff are always friendly and very helpful. A special THANK YOU to Tshepo and Malefu Moloi for assisting me with my eye test and choosing frames... I went during my lunch hour and was assisted immediately.
