Very bad service twice they could not pick up my details after even sending them a email. Received my glasses from them but they did not contact me to tell me they are ready had to phone in. Went to optometrist in Ilanga mall received exceptional service will never recommend or go to Spec Savers again.

Best optometrist and efficient friendly staff members. They always reply on your emails and keep in contact with regards to orders. Not to mention all the customer savings from this supplier.

Been a patient/customer here for about 6 years now. Friendly, helpful and effective service every time that I've visited. The optometrists take time to explain their costing to you in a way you understand and explains their offers in an understandable way. Prices are also very attractive.
