Just want to thank Mavis for the excellent service as she assisted to get my specs fixed in less than 15 mins. She really went out of her way to help me find a frame and fit the lens as it broke suddenly. Mavis thanks for the great help.

I have been going to spec-savers Burgersfort for the past 6 years and I have never been disappointed. The staff is absolutely amazing, they are always accessible for any inquiries that you may have. I was alerted of an eye condition that I have and educated on the long term effects and possible steps I would have to take in future to help with my condition. It is always a joy going to get my glasses done because I have the best customer experience with all the ladies working there. A well deserved 5 stars

Words cannot describe how astoundingly great the services of the lady my name of Mavis Masinga are. She is short phusique, short-haired, coffee in colour an forever wearing a blazing smile EVERYDAY. Bravo to Burgersfort employees especially to Hope, Mavis and Martha. I made an appointment for the 24th March 2023 with them and I did not arrive in time of which I as the client am wrong because I have inconvenienced the staff and disturbed their daily schedule. Just before they can knock off, booom,I arrived running from work and this guys they said no matter what it takes, they'll assist me and they all assisted me before they can depart and they gave me sufficient time. This guys never complained about me coming late and when I apologize for coming late they all gave me beautiful smile and said I don't have to apologize. After getting assistance, they wished me a well safe drive as I said I am running to Giyani from there. Spec-Savers, I assure you that with the kind of employees such as this ones, you going far greater. As I'm awaiting my spectacles to come back, I'll capture a picture just to shine behind Spec-Savers best service and I am highly confident that the lenses measured to me are going to be satisfactory as I am daily behind the PC. Been going to spec- saver bgf for over 7yrs, and always got outstanding service. Fathima the optometrist and Chante, Mavis and Martha were always friendly and made sure you happy! And the staff is still as friendly and helpful. Can't say the say thing about the new optometrist Hope! Very disappointed in her service today!

Just spent an hour or so at Specsavers Burgersfort and I was patiently effectively assisted by one Mavis Masinga she tended to all my needs to her best capabilities I am still moved the way she attended to me like am the only client Specsavers depend on for today,thank you for you amazing interpersonal skills,the world can do with people like you,keep on the amazing service.

I had a great experience getting me and my daughter new spectacles, the staff ,Mavis, was so friendly & helpful, with the April, everything was so affordable, I recommend getting service from this store.
