Champion Racehorse Trainer that specializes in professional training of thoroughbred horses for flat races on behalf of individual owners and color holders with the National Horse Racing Authority of South Africa (NHRA) as well as partnerships and syndicated horses for the entertainment of their owners, equine racing enthusiasts and the betting or punting public at large. Corne Spies has racing stable yards at the Vaal Race Course, Vereeniging in Gauteng and at Fairview Race Course, Port Elizabeth in the Eastern Cape Province. Spies Racing also rade frequently at Flamingo Park Race Course, Kimberley in the Northern Cape and the KZN Race Courses, Scottsville & Greyville.

We have 75 boxes at Randjesfontein's North Rand Training Center, offering excellent training tracks and facilities.The aim is to find suitable races for horses around the country to stay competitive. Spies Racing believes that sound, fit horses can race as often as possible so that they can keep earning and our valued patrons can stay ahead of the game.The stable is known for shrewd purchases, ‘cheapies’ that are precocious types that race and win early over sprint distances, but in effect regularly win over all distances and is very competitive over the ultra staying trips as well."
