Spilkin Optometrists Verwoerdburg

This is my second set of prescription frames that I've done with them after a friend of mine recommended them to me and I'm more than happy to recommended them to anyone else. Their eye tests are the most affordable of all the optometrists I've been to. The staff is quite friendly and ensure that you get prescriptions that are well suited to your needs as well as your finances.They don't just try to sell you their most expensive products which is what I really appreciate. My frames were ready to collect from the store after 7 business days and they came out amazing. Excellent Service as per always

I was told by Dr. Jonathan that my contact lenses would take one week for deliver. It's been over a month and I still have not received them. My mother's contacts are now two months still awaiting as well. I contact them mutiple time's to check on the progress and get told they will been there soon every time, firstly if there is a problem with delivery they should have been contacting me not me contacting them as I am the client, secondly when your waiting time is more them triple the time you promised your client then there is a huge problem! No communication with the clients, no delivery. Not worth going here again!

I have been going to Spilkin for over 20 years. Great service.
