Love how the staff attend to customers on the floor as a variety of cloths are hanged beyond reaching level. Definitely recommend the store visit. The receiving of an online package is a quick hassle free process. Store is clean and neat throughout the day the flat packs are perfectly fold. Even though there are just three or four cashier points its a quick process
i bought an oppo a16 dual sim then it started giving me problems the store told me i should take the phone to Vodacom for a repair now Vodacom could not repair the phone they decided to replace it with a single sim without even discussing with me now the store told me to contact the area manager for that. Its 2 weeks now i don't have a phone. the Vodacom manager alwyn could also not fix the problem. i am paying the account why should i be running around between the store and the service provider. when i spoke to alwyn he said he is not sure when my phone will be ready, no one told me that vodacom does not operate when the manager is off cause when i took the phone back to vodacom they told me they cant help me cause the manager is not on duty. i am so disappointed at the services from both the store and the network service provider. i am also disappointed with the Oppo brand

I visited this store on 2020-11-02. I was not greeted by any of the staff but they were aware of me due to the fact that they were staring at me. When I needed assistance with a different shoe size, the guy who eventually came to assist me just stands in front of me and doesn't say anything - when I asked him who should greet whom - the response was that its my duty as the customer to greet the staff upon entering the store. Absolutely appalling attitude, arrogance, ignorance and utter disrespect towards the customer. Stay away from this store!
Bought a sneaker here money went off my account and it didnt reflect on their system yet. Was told after waiting over an hour that the money will reverse into my account in 24hrs if not i should come with a statement from the bank. Next day i bring the proof of payment from the bank i wait another hour in the shop for them to see if it clear on their side an now was told i have to wait till they get their monry to give me the shoes i paid for worst shopping experience ever wull never support any sportscene ever again.

Was there today to by a jean, asked the guy Thabelo behind the counter a question unbelievable giving additute talking back and just very bad mannered will not recomend this place ,customer care very poor and very unhappy,how this business is been run is unbelievable.
The music at the Centurion store is so loud that this seems to be a distraction to the staff, also have to shout my question to the staff member, while he shouts his answer back to me...
The variety could be more wider but overall they got what you need.
