Sportscene - Liberty Midlands Mall

The store manageress unfortunately I didn't get her name is the most helpful person I have ever come across. I wish every store I visit has a manageress like that, a hands on person with superb customer service skills. Keep up the excellent service.

Service is severly lacking,have to go look for someone to help even tho they just stamd and look at uou from a distance, takes super long to fetch shoes at the back and also 4 people behind the counter but only 1 working.

Worse service had to waiting for more than 15min...staff very slow pay no mind to the time wasted while waiting.... And on the floor other customers been looking for assistance but there were nowhere to be found

Sthembile, the manager is an absolute gem. Accommodated our cross city purchase of sneakers and we're super grateful for her understanding!

The staff is useless they couldn't do a simple return and the manager had the biggest attitude. Im very disappointed in the service your till staff provides to customers.

If you looking for sports clothes,this is the place to go.Very friendly and helpful service
