They are always out of stock in shoe sizes and the sizes they have for their sneakers are always big and it affects and isn't fair to people who wear small sizes of sneakers. I have gone there a lot of times since 2021 beginning but have never found any sneaker with my size. It's very sad.

Very disappointing service on Saturday, 25 October when we went into the store and asked for a size 7, trusted the assistant when he brought out the sneaker as a "size 7", bought it and only to realise at home that it was a size 8. We cant help but think it was only for a sale. Knowing the circumstances, and current happenings Customer service is just not what it used to be.

Poor service, extremely disappointed. I was put out of the shop yesterday 1.4.05.2020 , they told e they are closing but i was still inside. the first incident, i arrived at 17h47 and it was closed. i showed the lady the time and she said but they are closed .

Great shoes, noticed that the Fila shoe used for display at the back had some glue showing and was hesitant about buying it
