Wouldnt help me unless i put down a huge deposit. Kept my cat on a drip for days without proper treatment. Misdiagnosed her and then she died. Would not recommend this vet.
Dr van niekerk's replacement is just terrible!! After being with Dr van niekerkwho was the best vetfor many years, ill be looking for a new vet!
IF THERE WAS A WORSE RANKNG, THESE ROOMS WOULD BE IT!!!!!! VERY BAD EXPERIENCE.............. I am extremely disappointed with dr van niekerks replacement when he is not there. dr els had no clue how to help our dog when we took her there with an emergency, dr els told us straight SHE did not know what to do!!!!! This was not the first time we had bad service from her!!!!!!!!!! With the result is we left there with our dog and went to Dr Newby at Selpark Veteniary Clinic who tended to her professionally and took her in for treatment. This was on a Sunday morning just after 8am. A week later I get a bill of R946-00 for a 5 min visit and no help for my bleeding dog. Absolutely disgusted with dr van niekerk's heartless, greedy and unprofessional approach towards us. We have had to pay a vet who did help us which is only fair.
Not happy at all!!! I told the vet all the symptoms my dog had and she didn’t seem motivated at all. She basically repeated everything I already knew. This vet will never see me again. And I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone ever again!
All my dogs have been treated here and became better over time, the vet staff are very professional and nice. They always try their best to help people and if you don't have money they'll help you on an account.
I have known Dr Christo van Niekerk since 1980 - the most caring, kind and dedicated veterinarian you will find anywhere. Springs is lucky to have such a veterinary hospital to go to. Sonja you should be ashamed of yourself - you must have done something really awful to resort to such actions???
Christo is one of the most caring and articulate veteneriants I have ever met. He is extremely thorough and explains everything with a great deal of patience. I am a client for life
