Customers relations good team spirit keep it up guys

Been patronizing this place for years but was sadly disappointed at the unfriendliness and unwillingness to add another item to the invoice. Not helpful at all. So so sad. However the dispatch guys were so efficient and friendly.

It's a beautiful place

I am more amazed every month at how poor the service gets every time I visit. When ordering i specify package, item numbers and have telephonic sales man simply say there is no stock. There is no interest in customer service by affording 1 the opportunity of them checking, coming back to one, discussing lead time when stock would arrive JUST YES AND NO ANSWERS. Today there was a silver lining in that i asked for stores Nathan saved the company by looking for stock and finding which resulted in a R2000 sale. His service was exceptional, he was friendly had a big smile and was very polite. Honestly guys you need to lift your game on customer service, your staff are not doing your business any favours.
